What will the shipping cost?
We offer $9.95 flat-rate shipping* on all orders. All orders $100 and over get FREE shipping!

*Oversized/heavy items, for example beds, crates and scratching posts, will incur a shipping surcharge. This will be noted on the product page and include in your shopping cart total before you check out.
When will my order arrive?
Many items we carry are shipped directly from the designer, and many are made to order.
We make every effort to ship items within 3-5 business days AFTER your order is placed. In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive between 5-15 business days depending on stock status, or whether or not any of your ordered items are custom made (such as Lollipups Couture) and as such would require additional time.
If you need your order right away, please contact us and we can quote you a cost for expedited shipping. (Please note, due to the nature of our Couture, we cannot promise that made-to-order items can be expedited.)
On rare occasions, we may discover than an item ordered is not available. It may be on backorder, or it may be discontinued. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is correct. You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses. The couriers we use are insured and traceable.
Please note: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.
What shipping methods do you use?
Most items will ship via USPS Priority Mail. We also use UPS Ground or FedEx for certain orders.
Can I track my order?
When your order ships — whether partially, or completely — you will be notified via e-mail. Please be sure your e-mail address is accurate and one you check often to ensure you can be kept up-to-date on the shipping status of your order.
In most cases, once your item(s) ship, you will have a tracking number that will allow you to track your package(s). In some cases where an item is shipped directly from the designer, tracking may not be available until after the package has been delivered.
How are orders processed?
All LollipupsOnline.com transactions are processed through PayPal. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you’ll be able to establish one while checking out. Please rest assured that your information is secure and will never be shared with anyone else. PayPal encrypts your sensitive financial information so the only person who can see it is you.
What about returns and exchanges?
First, because we know you want to be happy with your purchase when you receive it, we can tell you we’ve found found that most returns can be avoided altogether by proper measurement.

What will you do with my e-mail address?
Your e-mail address will only be used for the processing of your orders and/or to keep you up to date on your order status. We do have a promotional newsletter to which you can subscribe and unsubscribe as you wish. We will never sell, rent, barter or otherwise give away your e-mail address to any third-parties.
